Ted Horbulyk

Ted Horbulyk is an Associate Professor of economics at the University of Calgary where he has held an academic appointment since 1989. His teaching and research interests include public economics, agricultural and resource economics, cost-benefit analysis and public policy. Ted is a Professional Agrologist, and has five years’ prior professional experience in government and the private sector. He served as co-editor of the Canadian Journal of Agricultural Economics (1995-98) and is a 1995 recipient of the Soil and Water Conservation Society’s Berg Fellowship in Conservation Policy. From 2004-2008, Ted served as one of two theme leaders in the research program on Economics, Policy and Risk funded by the Alberta Ingenuity Centre for Water Research.
